Shipping & Handling
All orders will be shipped via Indonesian Regular Post or EMS Service for a premium delivery based on your choice. Rates are calculated according to the buyer’s location. For detailed shipping rate contact us at order@paradiseyouthclub.com. Purchased items will be shipped within 7 working days of the order, although most will be shipped in 2-5 days. Please allow 3 weeks to receive your order. If you have still not received your order feel free to contact us directly at order@paradiseyouthclub.com. Paradise is not responsible for international shipping delays, such as customs delays and is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Please contact order@Paradiseyouthclub.com if you have any issues receiving your goods.
Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. Refunds will not be granted. Exchanges will be accepted only for sizing issues or defective garments. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package if you wish to exchange an item. Exchanged items must be brand new and returned in the proper packaging.
